Mel Mermelstein, the sole survivor of his family, survived the infamous Nazi Death Camp Auschwitz.  This is not a story of bitterness, hatred and revenge, but a story of hope, inspiration and healing.  Compelled to return to Auschwitz, the place of his historical reckoning, Mel grapples with grief, loss, and the fulfillment of a promise he made to his father—to live and tell the story to the world.
